Mind Your Nutrition is a six week group nutrition course designed and presented by Registered Dietitians with the aim of sharing up to date, evidence based nutrition information. Increasing your general nutrition knowledge can prevent you from unnecessary pitfalls that sabotage your wellness efforts ! Join us in a relaxed setting for fun learning!

- Mindful Eating, Values & Goal Setting
- Macronutrients, Meal Planning & Supplementation
- Gut Health & Probiotics
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Food Labeling & Exercise
- Cooking Demonstration
A booklet of handouts and recipes is issued to each participant.
Payment secures your spot but a receipt will issued for possible medical aid reimbursement. This will depend on your medical aid plan.
